🔄 What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-day return window, starting from the date your device is delivered (based on the tracking number). To be eligible for a return:

The device must be in the same original condition.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Important:

Buyer pays return shipping for standard returns.

Original shipping costs and transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify 2.9%–4%) are non-refundable.

25% restocking fee applies to new items that have been opened.

Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components may be refused.

 

⚠️ What if the device is defective?

If your device is found to be defective through no fault of your own, we will:

Cover return shipping both ways

Provide a full refund, assuming the device is still in its original condition (not damaged, modified, or altered)

Please contact us before returning any defective item so we can approve and assist with the return process.

 

🔄 Can I exchange my device for a different model or color?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different device or color:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the device you want.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it.

You will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify ~2.9%–4%).

 

🛑 Do you charge restocking fees?

Yes, in certain cases:

25% restocking fee for new items returned opened

Frequent or excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to additional restocking fees to cover administrative costs (we'll notify you in advance).

 

🛡️ How long is the warranty?

All devices come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty covers non-user-caused defects only.
