🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day return window, starting from the date your device is delivered (based on the tracking number). To be eligible for a return:
✔ The device must be in the same original condition.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Important:
✔ Buyer pays return shipping for standard returns.
✔ Original shipping costs and transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify 2.9%–4%) are non-refundable.
✔ A 25% restocking fee applies to new items that have been opened.
✔ Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components may be refused.
⚠️ What if the device is defective?
If your device is found to be defective through no fault of your own, we will:
✔ Cover return shipping both ways
✔ Provide a full refund, assuming the device is still in its original condition (not damaged, modified, or altered)
✔ Please contact us before returning any defective item so we can approve and assist with the return process.
🔄 Can I exchange my device for a different model or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different device or color:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Place a new order for the device you want.
⏹ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it.
✔ You will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify ~2.9%–4%).
🛑 Do you charge restocking fees?
Yes, in certain cases:
✔ 25% restocking fee for new items returned opened
✔ Frequent or excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to additional restocking fees to cover administrative costs (we'll notify you in advance).
🛡️ How long is the warranty?
All devices come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty covers non-user-caused defects only.
