10 Day Returns & 6-Month Warranty Policy

  • 10-Day Return window and 6-Month Warranty window begins on the date that the order has been delivered to the customer's address as per the tracking number.
  • Item must be returned in the same original condition.
  • If item is determined defective (not caused by user), we cover return shipping fees both ways (contact us before for approval) as well as a full refund (as long as the device has not been damaged, modified, or returned in lesser condition than it originally was when sold.
  • For regular returns, the Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost not refundable. PayPal/Shopify transaction fee of ~2.9% to 4% not refundable.
  • For cancellations prior to shipping, we will be able to do a full refund, minus the transaction fees incurred (i.e. PayPal/Shopify ~2.9% to 4%)
  • Frequent, and/or excessive amounts of returns/cancellations may result in additional restocking fees to cover our administrative costs.  This, and the amount, will be communicated to the buyer prior to making a new purchase.
  • 25% Re-stocking fee for New items returned opened. Items returned with missing pieces or altered, may not be allowed (please contact us).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, color, or device, please complete a return for your original item and place a new order for the product you want.
